The best way for me to completely disconnect from the world is to go for a hike. Rather than focusing on your next meeting, you’re focussing on your next meal. Rather than a headache from spending too much time behind your computer, you have plenty of pain in other body parts you did not know existed.

On top of that, it is a great way to explore differently and often the most beautiful parts of the world. These are some of my favorite hikes.
