My Nijmegen Four Days Marches Packing list
- Clothing to wear
- I started out on my Lowe Renegades, but switched them for my Asics running shoes for the last two days, as they felt lighter and more comfortable.
- Running shirt (I really like my Nike Combat shirts)
- Icebreaker merino wool boxers
- Merino wool hiking socks
- North face zip off trousers
- Cap
- Taking with me (per day)
- Camelbak Ultra 10 Ultramarathon running vest with 2l water reservoir
- Extra pair of socks
- Icebreaker softshell (probably my favorite jacket ever)
- iPhone and iPhone earbuds
- Rain jacket and trousers / poncho / garbage bag (depending on the weather forcast)
- Garbage bag (just in case)
- Pain killers
- Band aids
- Pen
- Pocket knife
- Sun glasses
- Food
- Bifi
- 2 bananas
- 2 half liter bottles with water or sports drink
- 6 Powerbar energy gels
- 2 Powerbar wafers
- wine gums
